삼효：君子终日乾乾，夕惕若厉，无咎。 The superior person works diligently all day and stays vigilant at night. Danger exists but no harm comes. A critical phase demanding extra effort.
사효：或跃在渊，无咎。 The dragon leaps in the deep — no harm. Trying to break through; advance or retreat, timing is key.
오효：飞龙在天，利见大人。 The dragon soars in the sky — favorable to meet great people. At the peak; the best time to realize grand ambitions.
상효：亢龙有悔。 The dragon flies too high and regrets. Extremes reverse; at the summit, guard against decline and arrogance.
