오효：萃有位，无咎。匪孚，元永贞，悔亡。 Gathering where position is held — no harm. Without sincerity but with eternal uprightness from the start, regret vanishes. Find your place and persist.
상효：赍咨涕洟，无咎。 Seeking gathering with gifts — unstable. Using wealth to seek favor is precarious.
